Family Courts are Cannibalizing Children — For Profit

There is No Greater Human Rights Emergency on U.S. Soil Right Now

I am a unique informant of the dark underworld called the Family Courts, since most insiders are litigants who are actively intimidated by “gag orders,” “court seals,” and threats of incarceration, at the same time as being beleaguered as their livelihoods, their homes, their health, and their children are illegally taken away. Even if the stories got out, Family Courts benefit from the fact that their human rights abuses are so heinous, one would hardly believe that these crimes are occurring on U.S. soil and not in Iran, China, or Guantánamo Bay. Audiences will already be predisposed to considering that dissidents and whistleblowers are indeed “crazy”!

I also have the advantage of perspective, having served as a psychiatric expert witness for numerous criminal and civil courts over my twenty-five-year career. I can evaluate how aberrant Family Court procedures are compared to “normal” courts, and check their misuse of “mental health” against medical facts.

Family Courts have all the power of criminal courts but none of the accountability. They are the only courts unbound by the law with the power to blanket seal their own records (mainly to cover their criminal tracks). Total secrecy and complete impunity have thus allowed the Family Court system, over four decades, to morph into an organized crime cartel.
